Pricing.

What's the difference between the four tiers?

Starter ($99/mo) covers one industry, 50 generations a month, 25 Truth Checks, basic Voice Learning. Best for solo operators.

Multi ($199/mo) bumps to three industries, 150 generations, 75 Truth Checks. Most popular tier. Fits multi-location operators or service businesses with adjacent verticals.

Pro ($399/mo) opens six industries, 400 generations, 200 Truth Checks, advanced Voice Learning.

Agency ($999/mo) is unlimited industries, 1,500 generations, 750 Truth Checks, plus multi-user access, approval workflows, white-label options, and a dedicated customer success manager.

Is there a setup fee?

The $199 setup fee is optional. It covers a guided onboarding call where we train Voice Learning on your past content, configure your industry pack, and dial in your first week of posts.

Most solo operators skip it. Multi-location and Agency customers usually take it. Either way, your seven-day trial is free either way.

What if I exceed my monthly generation limit?

You will not be auto-charged or surprise-billed. Krantom shows your remaining generations in-app, sends a notification at 80% usage, and pauses new generations at the cap.

From there you can upgrade tiers (instant, prorated) or wait until the next billing cycle. No overage fees, ever.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes, both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and bill the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for. No fees to switch, no contracts.

Is annual billing actually cheaper?

Yes, 20% off across every tier. Starter drops from $99 to $79 monthly equivalent, Multi from $199 to $159, Pro from $399 to $319, Agency from $999 to $799. The toggle on the pricing page shows both.

Most operators start monthly so they can test Krantom in their workflow, then switch to annual on month two once they know it fits.

Compliance.

How does Krantom handle Fair Housing for realtors?

Fair Housing rules prohibit language that signals preference based on protected classes. Generic AI tools have no idea this rule exists, which is how realtors end up with complaints.

Krantom's realtor pack catches the standard violations (descriptions that imply who a property is “perfect for,” neighborhood characterizations that map to demographics, certain school district phrasings) and rewrites the post inside the lines. Truth Check flags anything borderline before publish so the final call is yours.

How does it handle Johnson Amendment for churches?

The Johnson Amendment restricts 501(c)(3) organizations from making political endorsements. Krantom's church pack never drafts content that violates this, and Truth Check flags any user-edited language that drifts toward partisan endorsement.

Sermon promotion, ministry events, community outreach, member spotlights, building updates. All of it drafts cleanly inside the rule.

How does it handle insurance compliance for roofers?

The big landmines are deductible language (“we’ll pay your deductible,” “free roof”), unlicensed adjusting claims, and storm-chaser tactics. Krantom's roofer pack avoids all of those by default and flags any user edits that wander into those phrases.

Your posts read like a legitimate operator, not a storm chaser.

What is Truth Check actually checking?

Three layers run before you publish:

1. Industry compliance rules for your vertical (Fair Housing, Johnson Amendment, deductible language, and dozens more depending on your pack).

2. Platform terms of service for whichever platforms you’re posting to (the rules each platform actually enforces, not the ones in their press releases).

3. Generic factual risk patterns (unsubstantiated superlatives, before/after claims without backup, guaranteed-result language).

Truth Check flags issues with plain-English explanations and shows you a one-click safer rewrite. You decide whether to use it.

Industry.

Which industries are supported at launch?

Five underserved industries at launch: Salon, Barbershop, Churches, Food Trucks, Roofing. Real Estate is live now as well. Auto, fitness, solar, and additional verticals roll out in Phase 2.

Each industry pack is built from the ground up with that vertical's content patterns, compliance rules, and customer language. We do not slap a label on a generic AI prompt and call it an industry pack.

Compliance depth rolls out per vertical. Real Estate is fully live today, with federal plus state and city Fair Housing coverage across Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Texas, and Alabama. Every other industry pack ships with its core compliance built in, and we are expanding each vertical's state and local depth on a rolling basis. We will never claim coverage we have not built.

What if my industry is not on the list yet?

Pick the closest match for now (most service businesses fit one of the launch verticals close enough). If none fit, email support@krantom.app and tell us your industry.

We build new vertical packs based on demand, not guesswork. If five operators in the same industry sign up, that vertical jumps the queue.

Trial.

Will I be charged during the 7-day trial?

No. You enter payment info to activate, but no charge runs until day eight. If you cancel before day eight, you pay nothing. If you cancel after, your current month bills normally and the next month stops.

Are there any limits during the trial?

You get unlimited text posts and 10 photo posts during your 7-day trial. Plenty to evaluate whether Krantom fits how you work. When you convert to a paid plan, your full tier limits unlock: 30 photo posts on Starter, 100 on Multi, 300 on Pro, 1,000 on Agency.

What happens if I cancel during the trial?

Cancellation is one click in your account settings. No call required, no retention pitch, no friction. Your access ends on the date you cancel and you owe nothing.

Technical.

Does Krantom auto-publish my posts?

No. Krantom never publishes for you. The flow is: AI drafts the post in your voice, you review it, and you tap Publish on each platform's native app at the time we remind you.

Your reputation stays in your hands and your accounts never get flagged for spam-bot behavior. That is the whole point.

What is Voice Learning and how does it work?

Voice Learning trains Krantom on your past social content so the output sounds like you, not like corporate AI. Connect your existing accounts, or paste five to ten of your best past posts, and Krantom builds a voice profile that flavors every draft going forward.

Voice Learning is included on Starter and Multi at the basic level. Pro and Agency get advanced Voice Learning with finer-grained tone, vocabulary, and rhythm matching.
